How I Can Help

As a DVA-registered Veteran Social Worker, I provide practical and therapeutic support to help veterans manage life after service, including health challenges, identity changes and transitions. My focus is on wellbeing, stability and access — ensuring veterans receive the supports, recognition and pathways they are entitled to.

I can support veterans and families with:

  • Adjustment and wellbeing support
Counselling for service-related stress, trauma impacts, relationship challenges, grief, identity and periods of instability.

  • Case management and service navigation
Assistance to access DVA supports, community services, income pathways, health providers and veteran-specific programs.

  • Advocacy and warm referrals
Guidance connecting veterans with the right supports — including mental health, housing, employment and agencies like Open Arms.

  • Transition and reintegration planning
Support through hospital discharge, accommodation needs, community connection and return-to-work or study pathways.

  • Vocational and purpose-building support
Exploring meaningful participation and rehabilitation options that align with abilities, goals and values.

  • Family-inclusive support
Information and coordination for families/carers within DVA eligibility, and connection to free veteran family services where appropriate.

Who I Support

  • Veterans with DVA White or Gold Cards, or those eligible under the NLHC program

  • Partners, families and carers seeking guidance, connection and coordinated support

  • Veterans navigating transition, discharge, mental health recovery or complex service systems

  • Referrers and ex-service organisations needing collaborative, reliable allied health involvement

Support is tailored to each person — and the network around them.

How I Support

  • A safe, understanding space to talk through challenges and plan what comes next

  • Support for both wellbeing and practical needs — not one or the other

  • Advocacy and guidance to access the services and entitlements you deserve

  • Stronger connection with family, community and purposeful roles beyond service

Support that respects your service — and strengthens your future.

My Approach

Practical, respectful and trauma-informed — grounded in an understanding of military experience and life beyond service. I work alongside veterans to support wellbeing, independence, stability and quality of life — whether adjusting to civilian life, navigating a crisis, managing health changes or seeking connection, purpose and direction.

Support that honours where you’ve been — and helps you move forward with confidence.
