Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Support that understands you — building confidence, connection and recovery in everyday life.
How I Can Help
Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded support for people with psychosocial disability.
It’s different from therapy — it focuses on practical support, recovery planning and building skills for everyday life.
As a social worker, I bring a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach that recognises the impact of mental health, environment, relationships and identity. I currently deliver recovery coaching for participants who already have this support in their plan, with formal registration expansion underway in 2026.
Together, we can:
navigate day-to-day challenges and routines
connect you with the right supports and services
explore and set recovery goals at your pace
build skills and strategies to manage change, stress and setbacks
strengthen confidence, self-advocacy and community participation
Support that moves with you — strengthening what’s working and helping you through what’s not.
Who I Support
People living with psychosocial disability seeking practical and recovery-focused support
NDIS participants with recovery coaching included in their plan
Families and carers wanting reassurance, guidance and involvement
Referrers and support coordinators needing a collaborative and reliable service
Support that includes the whole network around a person — not just the individual.
How I Support
Practical skills and confidence for daily living and community participation
Advocacy and hands-on support to navigate services and systems
A supportive space to plan, reflect and adjust along the way
Stronger connection with people, supports and community opportunities
Progress you can feel in real life — not just on paper.
